Hello.

I have already posted about this scam on steamrep.com but they asked me to post it on your site since it's about a shark scam. So, here goes my story.

I was scammed three days ago for my Karambit Stained FT worth around 170€ and i would like your help.

One guy named Daman http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198071719125 posted on csgolounge a trade for his Karambit Blue Steel MW worth around 230€. I added him and asked him if he would want my Karambit Stained FT and Glock Fade for his knife.
He also had a Bayonet Fade FN (250€) and M9 Bayonet Fade FN (300€).

Then he said that he is quitting csgo only to play Dota and offered me any of his knives if I can add one guy on steam that has blocked him (his name is was kerpt at the moment) http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198049668427 . He wanted one Dota 2 item that was listed on Steam Market for 170€. It was the only item there. Btw. i never played dota so i didn't know the real value or how to check it. Now after the scam i found out that it's worth around 2€ (Frozen Face of Delicacies of Butchery).
So, i traded my karambit with kerpt for that Dota item so i can then trade that Dota item with Daman for any of his knives as he said. You can read the whole story between me and those scammers in the screenshots that i will provide.

When the trade was completed, they deleted me both instantly.

I am feeling heartbroken after that happened. I can still see that guy right now trading my knife on csgolounge. He has already made few trades and they are both changing their avatars and usernames very often. http://csgolounge.com/profile?id=76561198049668427

I have sent steam my ticket. Any info would be helpful. That fraud was a real crime, and i honestly think it should be treated that way.

Just received answer from valve.. That scammer got trade banned, but unfortunately they didn't reverse the trade. Good luck to you all, i think im giving up on this game...
