Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
No, i have no previous administrative experience but i am closely associated with a few of the harpoon admins/moderators that have walked me through many of the basic admin/mod skills needed. The one i know the best is an admin on all trade/idle named flarestar, toast mama, and flying anonymoose, REAPER, Babe ruth, and BigNoobFTW. I hope that i will be able to be selected for this position and will have alot of fun helping the Harpoon Gaming staff and comunity!

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
I hope to help stop racism and other hurtful slurs on many of the Harpoon servers, such as Homophobism, overly swearing, and general disrespect. I also appreciate what the HG staff has done and hope to give back to the community which surrounds it. This is important to me because i frequently play on HG servers and want them to be a friendly place.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I think i will be a good staff member because I can help make harpoon gaming a better and more fun place for steam players of all ages and stop some negativity that rarely occurs in the trade servers. I also (refering to what i mensioned earlier have some experience observing the Harpoon staff, so i know what i should do in most situations that would commonly occur on a TF2 server.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
2-4 hours per day

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
I think that the current HG staff have been dong a great job on all the Team Fortress 2 servers. I also think though that if I joined the staff i would be able to join at times when the other staff members might not be able to. Being a young teen i will be able to join in the summer and after school when older staff members might not be able to. This is a reason why I will be a useful part of the Harpoon staff if I am accepted.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
I think that "Greifing" or "Trolling" can occasionally occur on the HG servers such as mic spamming, or chat advertising. If I was added to the staff i believe that I could help put a stop to annoying little things like this and also help with bigger problems such as hackers. But at the current time, besides the small quirks, the HG staff if doing a great job in TF2. I think i could be of use in solving these problems.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I have spent a lot of time on the HG servers and am so happy that i found it. The staff is always friendly and polite, and i wouldnt knowANYTHING about steam and tf2 without them. So I'd like to help out and be a part of the Harpoon Gaming staff. Thank you for your time and consideration of my application.
