Describe the incident that resulted in your ban
A few years ago I was marked as a scammer for running from a spycrab. Even though it was a big misunderstanding, I still got declined when I appealed the first time. I even paid the person who I supposedly scammed (Jehnib) the refined metal that I owed him upon request to give him the items. What happened is as follows: I was playing on the Harpoon Gaming trading server and a person asked me to spycrab. I had no idea that it was for refined, or else I would have paid up upon losing. I believe I lost 3-0, and after I lost I went about attempting to trade. The person I supposedly scammed (Jehnib) didn't have a microphone, and I wasn't paying very much attention to the chat since I was in trade windows and such with other players. After about an hour or so of trading, I got off and everything was well. Then I attempted to log onto a server named "MassCC" and I says I was banned due to a SteamREP ban. I was confused and I went to check my SteamREP account, and I was banned for running from a spycrab. It was so long ago, and it's effecting my Dota 2 trading experience. I would really like this lifted. As I said before, I did pay up the items. I provided the images as well, as well as the imgur links.

If your appeal is granted, what steps would you take to prevent a similar incident in the future
If my appeal is granted I will be forever grateful. I don't even play Team Fortress 2 anymore, I have moved to Dota 2. This scammer tag is really effecting my Dota 2 trading experience, and it's really annoying to get trades declined due to a scammer tag that is really out of date, and it was all because of a misunderstanding on my part.
