We have chosen to decline your appeal as be believe you don't regret committing fraud by scamming another individual. When originally confronted about the spycrab on the server, you refused to pay up because of the terms, despite you agreeing to them. When you then joined the forums and eventually paid up the victim, it seems that you did because the tag was an inconvenience for you, rather than truly regretting committing fraud.
