Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
I have administrated and moderated in a few minor communities but the most relevant ones would be as followed:

• Mann Co Trading Moderator (December 13th, 2013 - March 21st, 2015)
• Skial Administrator and Trade Staff (September 8th, 2014 - Present)

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
I have worked under current SR staff and former MCT staff to appropriately be trained of SR rules and procedures to an appropriate extent, while I do believe it can be improved, I also believe it is enough to explain scenarios to server regulars and players. Aside from this, I have knowledge in the usage of Sourcebans and HLStats and how each of them work.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
Aside from above, I think I would be a good staff member because I can acquaintance well with many and offer an all-around positive towards and task, no matter the difficulty. A

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
I am for around 3-4 hours a day

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
I believe the current staff has a great connection with the community of Harpoon Gaming. Actively hosting events, enforcing rules and becming friends, it is something I truly admire and would like to follow.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
I don't believe the staff are doing anything wrong, my only confusion at this point is what the ban procedures are in terms of lengths and seriousness of offense, refering to when do we ban for a day?when is it permanent? etc

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I'd like to become a staff member because, like all other staff members, I want to watch this community grow and expand and not only assist with that procedure but be a part of it and know that I tried my best into making that happen.

Special Notes:
I have read the prerequisites for applying for a staff position, I understand them and believe I have met them.

Any miscellaneous information we should know?
I would like to apply for Payload staff as well as I'm beginning to enjoy my time there and would love to help seed it when I can. Aside from this, school starts up again back in September and I'll do my best to assist in the evenings but my activity will likely be 2-3 hours a day as opposed to 3-4.

 

I've noticed I've made a few typos, just to clear any confusion, that A at the end of the question "Why do you think you would be a good staff member" is not supposed to be there and the question regarding activity in forums / server is at least 3-4 hours a day, more on forums than servers as I can access those from multiple devices.
