    Please elaborate on your suggestion:
    There's a place in the spawn rooms under the Ramp that connects the bridges where you can build an Exit Teleporter and the other teams Spies can go into their teams spawn room. So Red Spies end up in Blu spawn.

    This is the area where you can build the teleporter.

    You can build a teleporter in this doorway here. I believe it also works on Blu.
