Information Map Update: trade_harpoon_halloween_a14

The Harpoon Gaming Map has been updated.

Major changes include:

After 10 map updates through trial and error the new update is finally working!

• Added a mass spycrab arena*. Say goodbye to clustered roof crabs!
• Added godmode and melee areas to the basement. Finally you can heavy box without those pesky snipers interrupting!

*The arena is located and only accessible by blue team. The entrance to the spectator area is located to the right of the private crabbing rooms.
