We've been friends on steam for awhile, and 3 days ago he made me an offer of 100 dollars steam card code for my unusual hat to kill purple confetti, i ignored the first time, then sunday, he tells me the same thing, saying he wants to make the offer, and he says he got one for his birthday and "didnt you already have the card two days ago?" and he tells me that he knew he was getting a card so thats why he made the offer, sunday comes around, around 10:30 pm he wants to do the deal, but then stalls for awhile the he said he'll make up his mind tomorrow, meaning today, i tell him "have you decided" and says yes lets do it, i gift him the hat, and blocks me and goes private
